1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Altstock platform, including the website at www.altstock.in, any associated mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Sybrate Technologies Private Limited (“Altstock”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Nature of the Platform

Altstock is a digital information and data aggregation platform that provides curated content, indicative market data, and research coverage on private equity, pre-IPO, and unlisted securities in India. The Platform is designed for informational and educational use only.

• Altstock does not facilitate, broker, intermediate, or execute the purchase, sale, transfer, or exchange of any securities — whether listed or unlisted
• Altstock is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), or the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI)
• No content on the Platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a solicitation of any kind
• Users must exercise independent judgement and consult SEBI-registered advisors or other qualified professionals before making any financial or investment decisions

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise expressly stated, all intellectual property rights in the Platform — including but not limited to its design, layout, text, graphics, data compilations, software, underlying code, and branding — are owned by or licensed to Sybrate Technologies Private Limited.

Subject to the limited licence granted in Section 4 below, all intellectual property rights are reserved. No part of the Platform may be used in a manner that infringes upon our rights or the rights of any third-party content provider.

4. Licence to Use the Platform

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial reference purposes. Under this licence, you may:

• View pages and content on the Platform using a standard web browser or mobile application
• Download or cache pages temporarily for offline personal reference
• Print individual pages for your own private, non-commercial use

You must not, without our prior written consent:

• Republish, redistribute, or syndicate any material from the Platform on any other website, application, or medium
• Sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit any content from the Platform
• Display any material from the Platform in a public setting or broadcast

5. User Accounts and Registration

Certain features of the Platform may require you to create an account and provide registration information. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that may harm the Platform, its users, or our reputation.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that:

• Causes or may cause damage, disruption, or impairment to the Platform’s availability, performance, or accessibility
• Is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful in any way
• Involves the transmission of unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or malware
• Infringes upon the intellectual property rights or privacy of any third party
• Involves impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity
• Attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or connected systems
• Interferes with security features or circumvents access controls implemented on the Platform

7. Content Disclaimer

All information, data, indicative pricing, market commentary, and research material on the Platform is provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we endeavour to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties or representations — express or implied — regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any content
• The suitability of any information for any particular investment decision or purpose
• The continued availability of any content or feature

Indicative pricing, valuations, and market data displayed on the Platform are estimates derived from publicly available sources and proprietary methodologies. They do not represent live market quotes, executable prices, or guaranteed valuations. Users should not rely on this data as the sole basis for any financial decision.

8. Restricted Access

Access to certain areas, features, or content on the Platform may be restricted to registered users, verified investors, or specific user categories. We reserve the right to:

• Any reliance placed on information, data, or content available on the Platform
• Any investment or financial decision made based on content viewed on the Platform
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its features

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sybrate Technologies Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by Altstock. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services. Your interaction with any third-party service is governed by that party’s own terms and policies.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

14. Variation

We reserve the right to revise, amend, or update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
